Our jar size contains fresh, tangy 2 oz. dried chives. Dehydrated Chive Rings adds "zing" to many dishes. For fresh raw use, soak 1 part Chive Rings in 7 parts ice water for 5-10 minutes. Drain and use. You can also use them directly in herb blends, sauces, salad dressings, casseroles, cream cheese, dips, spice packs, and many other dishes. Go wild--be creative!
